When do I get paid
Within 10 business days after your referral is qualified. If a first transaction requirement is active, payment happens after the referred company completes the eligible transaction.
What is a qualified referral
A company that is new to FacilitaPay, submits the form using your unique link, attends a discovery call within 30 days, and meets our ideal customer profile as confirmed by Sales and Compliance.
Why could a referral be declined
Lack of fit, duplicate submission, missed deadlines, failed compliance checks, or information inconsistencies.
Are there limits
Yes. The initial cap is 20 rewards per participant during the campaign period. Duplicate referrals are credited to the first valid submission recorded.
Which countries are supported
The program is valid where permitted by law and subject to KYC, AML, and sanctions screening. If you are unsure about eligibility for a specific country, contact our team.
