Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

FacilitaPay’s Referral Campaign rewards participants with 200 USDG for every qualified referral made during the campaign period. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Who Can Participate

Participation is open to existing contacts in FacilitaPay’s database who have received the official campaign invitation.
Internal employees are not eligible to participate.

3. What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A qualified referral is a company that:

  • Is new to FacilitaPay (not a current client or active opportunity)

  • Fits FacilitaPay’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), as confirmed by our Sales and Compliance teams, and operates within FacilitaPay’s supported countries and industries

  • Submits the referral form using the referrer’s unique campaign link

Optional safeguard (if active): The reward will be paid only after the referred company completes its first successful transaction.

4. Reward Payment

Each qualified referral earns the referrer 200 USDG.
Payment will be made to the wallet registered on file.
If no wallet address is registered, FacilitaPay will contact the participant via email to request a valid USDG-compatible wallet.

Payments are processed after qualification is confirmed or after the first transaction requirement (if applicable).

5. Exclusions

The following do not qualify for rewards:

  • Self-referrals

  • Current FacilitaPay clients or active leads

  • Companies operating in unsupported countries or restricted industries

  • Referrals that fail KYC or AML checks

Duplicate referrals will be credited to the first valid submission recorded in the system.

6. Compliance

All referrals are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

FacilitaPay reserves the right to withhold or cancel any reward in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms, FacilitaPay’s policies, or applicable laws.

7. Legal Notes

  • Rewards are paid exclusively in USDG and are not convertible to other currencies.

  • Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

  • FacilitaPay reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

  • Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • FacilitaPay processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of campaign administration and reward payment.

  • Rewards earned under these Terms prior to any modification will remain valid and payable under the original conditions.

  • For the purpose of this campaign, “fraud” includes, but is not limited to, fabricating referral information, circumventing eligibility requirements, or coordinating with referred parties to manipulate qualification criteria.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their wallet’s compatibility with USDG before payment. FacilitaPay will not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect or incompatible wallet information.
